It's time for Heli Skiing in Val d'Isere

Wow, having just got off the phone to Stuart Bernard, a ski instructor and member of the Basecamp team, I have learned that his group of Basecampers are off heli skiing this afternoon. They have headed towards Tignes and are about to do a 45 minute hike along a ridge before dropping a 30 minute off piste run. They will then be picked up by a helicopter and flown out.
