Red Bull Illume Photo Contest 2013

Here at Basecamp we don't just like skiing and snowboarding, ae as a team love all extreme sports, photography and all that comes alongside it. So this Red Bull Illume photo contest is amazing! If you are passionate about sport or phography then this sort of thing is for you!

The top 250 finalists have just been selected in the 3rd edition of the Red Bull Illume Image Quest photo competition. The contest invites photographers to submit images of the world of action and adventure sports in one of 10 categories, including Energy, Illumination, Sequence, and Experimental (where digital manipulation is allowed). This year the competition received more than 28,000 entries by 6,417 photographers from 124 countries. At the end of August, the top 50 finalists will be invited to attend a ceremony in Hong Kong, where the winners will be unveiled. These are just a small selection of the final photos that are in the final 250.
